View Full Version : Module not showing after computer transfer

So, I successfully migrated my campaign folder to my laptop, installed and activated FGU with my license, and the launcher displays and launches my campaign. However, I cannot get the Ghosts of Saltmarsh module to show in my library. The campaign is set up as 5e, I've updated several times, cleared the vault, and redownloaded everything, but it still doesn't show. Is there a step that I've missed? Am I supposed to manually copy over the module and/or vault folders?

Do you have a "WOTC5EGOS.dat" file in your FG data folder under the vault subfolder?

I do not. I looked for that and when I saw it was missing I reset the vault to make everything download again, but it didn't work.

Update FG. Al the FG Store and FG Forge products are handled by the updater.

Yup - I updated twice before, and just did so again, and still no WOTC5EGOS.dat file.

Assuming you are logged into FG with the same user name as you are on the forums? And that when you go to this page: Fantasy Grounds - My Orders (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php) The product shows up as owned?

IF so, then somehow it's not linked to your account and you will have to contact support directly. FGVTT Customer Support - Jira Service Management (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)

Yes, same user name. Just checked, and Ghosts of Saltmarsh (WOTC5EGOS) is on my list of ordered items, so I'll go ahead and contact support. Thanks for helping to rule out anything else on my end.

Also, there is a slight chance it's flagged or filtered by security or firewall. I doubt it, but you never know.
