In the current version of Shadowdark, some "Overland Hex Maps" tables have changed. Could you update them in the module?
I've reviewed and some wording and numerical values have changed in these tables: "Hex Terrain", Danger Level", "Points of Interest Location" and "Points of Interest Development". There's also a change in the initial text.
I've attached screenshots of what's changed and screenshots from the FGU module.

Note: I don't know if it's allowed to post these screenshots, but if necessary, delete them. I posted them as a reference for updating the module.
Edit: I was looking through the "The Arcane Library" Discord, and the printed version is based on the updated v4-8 document, which includes the changes I noted.

Turn Order (page 86)
This paragraph is missing and Encounters in the v4-8 has been deleted:
FREEFORM MODE
Initiative need not be strict;
some GMs keep only a loose
round-robin, allowing the
players to decide their turn order
and actions before circling back
to the GM's turn.
Players might declare their
actions as a group or act
simultaneously, and the GM
will need to adjudicate. A round
passes once everyone has acted.
Crawling (page 85)
REGROUP, CONDITIONS, ACTIONS, has been modified. ENCOUNTERS section has been added.
Resting (page 86)
Success. A character who
successfully rests regains all
lost hit points and recovers any
stat damage (all stat damage
is temporary unless described
otherwise).
Stealth and Surprise (page 87)
Wisdom check to perceive a
sneaking or hiding creature.
Combat (page 89)
Changes to some words and line breaks in page 89.
Overland Travel (page 90)

Changes have been made to "Food and Travel."

Thanks for posting. Sorry for the late response. I was aware of your post. I will subsrcibe to this thread so that in the future I will be aware of your post.
Clearly listing the issues like this is really helpful. Thank you for taking the time to do it. I am working through the list and I see that some have been updated already but most have not. I will update the modules.

Hi @spoofer,
I correct that part:
In Shadowdark v1, "Encounters" was on page 83, right after "GM TURN." The Shadowdark module for FGU currently reflects that text distribution.
In version 4.8, "Encounters" has been relocated to page 85, now appearing after "ACTIONS," and its text has been updated to:
"ENCOUNTERS
An encounter occurs when any
challenge presents itself that
stops the characters' progress.
See pg. 112 for information on
random encounters."
In this image, you can see that "Encounters" is now located after "ACTIONS" and features different text:
