Everyone was just booted from our game, and after a few minutes we all got back in finally, but everything was reset. We were missing game modules as well as our adventure path.

It seemed like the IP was showing servers were down?

Any ideas why everything reset?

An unexpected close down probably means that the campaign files didn’t get updated. It could also possibly corrupt some files if the shutdown took place whilst the file was being updated. However neither of these scenarios would remove modules.

I think more details are needed however, in particular what do you mean by missing game modules. Do you mean that they were open before the closedown and closed after it or do you mean that they are missing entirely and you can no longer access them?

The GM's computer is the FG server. The Fantasy Grounds cloud services are only used when a player joins a "cloud" game; the services provide the FG player instance with details on how to connect to the GM. But once connected, the player FG instance communicates directly to the GM's FG server. In this case, it sounds like the GM's instance stopped working.
