Reduced windows are not displayed in new sessions

I don't remember if it is a normal behavior or not, but when I reduce a window and keep it reduced while closing my session it don't show up when I start a new session.

What do you mean by reduced?

I'm guessing he means "minimized", where it creates an icon on the desktop for the window. Can confirm that minimized window placement is not remembered between sessions.
Cannot confirm, however, if this was always this way or intended behavior.

I don't believe the bookmarks were a part of the data window saved location feature. I used to love those bookmarks with FG classic.
