Hello, I have recently been making a map with the art program these last few days and just recently run into a problem.
After drawing out the the map and downloading it, the floor area seems to be missing.
I have updated fantasy grounds and are running version 4.7.4.
I have taken a screen shot of what it is supposed to look like and the map with the missing floor is what happens when I download it from Fantasy grounds.
I have tried a few different floors but get the same effect when downloaded (no floor).
Thank you, Mark.

I'm not clear whether you are creating the map inside of Fantasy Grounds or in a 3rd party program?
If you are creating it in Fantasy Grounds can you screenshot the map in the campaign you created it in with the right hand panel unlocked so we can see the layers. And also say what you mean by downloading it if you are creating it in Fantasy Grounds? If you are creating it in another program then I'd look at what you are doing in that program and how you are saving it or exporting it or whatever you do to create the file that you are importing into FGVTT.

Hi, yes I am creating the map within Fantasy grounds, I have attached the map with the panel unlocked. When I said downloaded it I should have said exporting the image to file, I should have been a bit clearer sorry.

Thanks for the image. I was thinking maybe the layer was hidden or something like that, but I see that it isn't. I don't know what the issue might be but possibly the order of the layers. I'm not able to determine what the base layer is and what the order of the layers are. But other than that I don't know. It'll take someone with more expertise on the map making bits to maybe point you in the correct direction.

To help with identifying the issue, please ZIP up the campaign directory and upload the file here.

Meanwhile, Gwydion's playthrough video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdnErL1hebU&t=5801s) of 2d6 dungeons gives an example of using the Layer Folder, and layer ordering. It starts at the right spot.
For visual of the folder button, you can check this attachment (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=61879&d=1725477134) (from the same playthrough)
Maybe it helps.

Thanks Trenloe, I have attached the zip file.
Thanks. But, as @pindercarl eluded to in his post, this doesn't contain all of the data from the campaign directory. Please include the complete directory for your campaign in the ZIP file.

The last map I made seemed to have turned out ok with various layers. Attached. I am away from home using a laptop but I'm not sure that would make a difference. I am not super computer literate.

I made this map just recently a day before the map in question and it seemed to turn out ok, no problem with layering and exported to file ok, so I'm not really sure. I am not using my usual desktop as am away from home but can't see that being a problem. Then again I am not super literate with computers.

Sorry is this correct?
Yes, thank you.
I've just loaded up this campaign and used the "Export Image to File" button and I got an image with the background in place. It appears to be working OK for me.
Can you try again, and if it doesn't work please compile the logs and attach the resulting ZIP file here. Details on how to compile the FG logs can be found here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1242136781/How+to+Compile+Logs Use method 3 after trying to export the image.
