I feel like this changed recently. Am I misremembering?

Why is this like this? Why tease me with a nice big portrait space and then, literally, remove 75% of it?

You're right. We have actually slowly been adding some ways to adjust that on the backend and I just need to add to one more place to support for both PC/NPC; so I'll slate that fix for the next big release.
