Steam Purchase Mistakenly Added SWADE in my Library

I bought the following 3 products in Steam (and nothing else)

1) Fantasy Companion (SWADE) / to be used in PFSW with universal module
2) Pathfinder for Savage Worlds Core Rules
3) FG Dungeon Map Pack

And I just noticed that "Fantasy Grounds - Savage Worlds Adventure Edition (SWADE (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1040360/Fantasy_Grounds__Savage_Worlds_Adventure_Edition_S WADE/))" is also in my library.
I didn't add this to the cart or buy it.
It isn't in the list of purchase history but it is in my Lbirary/DLCs, nor steam got the money for it.

Did steam glitch? If so, is it possible to give it back? (refund without the fund? :S)

Yes! As I read the descriptions of Edges, I keep having ideas for Character Types.
Starting with Elderly (Clumsy Elementalist / Wizard) with lots of skills (stealth, too!) but low Vigor/Str... With his McGyver bestie.
I'm planning my first solo mini adventure will be a humorous infiltration mission into an enemy camp. Imagine best improvised tools used in worst messed up ways in combat :D
Whicl will teach me how to use Quick Encounters.
