What UTC time zone is "Central European Time" ? Anybody know? is it UTC +1 like from Wikipedia I pulled it from

World Time Buddy ( https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ ) says 8pm CET is 2 PM Central Time U.S. for those of you who might be interested.

It's at 2AM where I am so I am out of consideration it looks like.

I'm new to FG but not PF1e. This might be a good chance to jump in. what roles are still open?
