Crypt of Devil Lich 5e - links broken

Just now bought the module. Found already couple problems.
The biggest one being, that many (if not most) links are linked wrongly. Attached pictures for examples.

In similar fashion, NEW character options fails to load, because the module isnt loaded (what).
Pre generated characters. Only 1 of them is properly done, 1 of them is missing spells and items, others are as plain as can be (default stats and some features).
Finally a minor typo.

Used updated FG. Had a clean server made, not a plugin problem. Tried to re-start server, resetting module and unloading/loading it back again. Nothing helped.

I had a look at the files and the links are, indeed, broken in a number of places. The pregenerated characters have not been fully completed in the campaign files; since the subclasses don't exist in the module as stand alone subclasses the links are failing. The links should be to the class itself which is why you are seeing the strange error.
