Accessibility issue - Map Pin Size

Hi folks,
Both my color vision and contrast vision are not great. Is there a way to increase the size of map pins? The color scheme for pins is already not the best for color blind people, and with them being so small it can be even harder to see them other than zooming the map way out (since the pin size remains constant regardless of zoom).

Right click the page > save page as > Web Page, Complete > Save (in Firefox)

Note that you don't directly add the icons but you first add an entry (such as a book page) and assign the icons by dragging and dropping it into the icon part in the extension panel in map options. Only then you drag the entry with new icon into map.
