Converting Spells form 2E to 5E

I am currently transferring campaign from 2E rules set to 5E. Some of the PC spells (such as Summon Swarm and Hovering Skull) are not listed in 5E. Unlike the 2E setup, there seems to be no option to add my spells or magic items in the list.

Is the an option to add spells not listed?

Open the spell list from the button on the right and at the bottom of that window click on the green + button to add a new spell; then fill in the blanks.
