Recently I noticed that any skills that are marked as a "half" proficiency, such as for a Bard's Jack of All Trades, get changed to full proficiency on level up. I tested this in a clean campaign with no extensions loaded. Skills with regular proficiency or double proficiency are not affected. Please let me know if you need more information.
