In the Monstrous Manual for 2E

I believe the Carrion Crawler only has 8 tentacles.

But, under attacks it shows 9 Tentacles and 9 attacks.

Maybe it's the Hentai version :)

But normally the number of attacks is 1 or 8

Misunderstood the issue. I was reading what you were saying as the opposite.

They fixed it.

I believe it was 2 updates ago.
