Tried the compounded dice expressions as written in the wiki and they don't work as written:
Example: As per wiki's 2d8r2e7
64414
Compounded expressions like this work partially by resolving whatever expression comes first.
In that example it rerolls on < 3 but the dice don't explode on 7+
If you reverse the expression, 2d8e7r2 it does explode on 7+ but it doesn't reroll on < 3
Thanks in advance

I just did some testing since one of the games I play uses exploding dice.
For any set of modifiers that re-roll dice, only one can be applied at once. (Most of them don't make sense to overlap; exploding, compounding, and penetrating all involve re-rolls on high dice, but re-roll should be able to overlap with those, especially since it's listed as doing so.)
All the other modifier combinations I tested worked. 10d10es8 which I use in my game, all the ones on the wiki. it seems mixing exploding/compounding/penetrating/rerolls and keeping or dropping dice, or using successes, all work exactly as intended. It's just that only one kind of re-roll can apply at a time.

Multi-mode rerolling for a dice term has never been supported. I've updated the wiki that you referenced with a note to that effect, as well as removing the bad example. It would be a feature request at this time.
