Had an interesting glitch pop up in a new campaign last night. When a player targeted an NPC and rolled attacks or casts, FG failed to recognize that there was a target even though the combat tracker and on-map indicators showed that they had targeted. When I (as GM) rolled the same attack from the player's character sheet, it worked and recorded a hit or miss normally.

I can't test this glitch by myself as it only manifests when a non-GM player makes a roll from their character sheet, but I did this to perhaps help you track it down:
I opened a different table where this bug is not happening, wrote down all the extensions used there, and compared to the extension list on the problem table. Turned off the five extensions that the problem table had and the working table did not have, and that fixed the issue. So the issue is with one of these five extensions - sorry, I didn't want to impose on the player and keep them around for more testing.

Chat Aesthetics Configurater, Jack of All Things, Walk This Way, Automatic Mirror Image, or MNM Consumable Items.

We don't provide or support any of those extensions; they are all community developer provided.

As an aside - to do player testing without a player, the GM can open a second instance of FG and join game as a player. Details on how to open a second instance of FG can be found here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/2072641544/How+to+Open+Multiple+Instances+of+Fantasy+Grounds+ Unity
