When PCs are dropped in to the combat tracker their actions or spells are not present in the Offense tab. Tried a new campaign with no extensions, its still happening. it's in the new campaign I just started and the old campaign I've been dming for years. Note our games were on hiatus for the last year. Is this something new?

This has always been the case (with the exception of a couple of rulesets). For most rulesets, the GM will see NPC actions in the CT to allow them to more efficiently run NPCs, but it's assumed that any PC actions (which can be very complex) will be executed from the PC sheet itself and so aren't populated in the CT.

Which ruleset are you using?

PC actions have never been in the combat tracker in the D&D 5e ruleset. There may be an extension that does this.

I could have sworn I used to make attacks for my players through the combat tracker. One couple played off of one pc online, so his wife would declare her attack and I would make it. Instead of the two of them jumping in front of the keyboard after each other. I might be old and mis-remembering. I thought it was through the CT.

Thank you, I must be mis-remembering.
