NPC Module (Traveller)

Hi,

I've just uploaded a NPC module on the forge, 143 npcs (all human), sorted by career paths and unique tokens. A new module featuring Alien races will be forthcoming if there's enough interest.

New versions of Forge items need to be approved, even just an update to an existing item. During this time it's not available.

EDIT: It's available now. I've moved this thread to the Paid Creations sub-forum and renamed to indicate it's a Traveller product.

Is there a PDF of the contents, perhaps on DriveThru?

I'm a bit concerned this would fall under TAS and be an issue on the Forge. Mongoose hasn't done a general paid VTT policy.

I don't intend as yet to produce a PDF version or publish on drivethru.

As far as i'm aware the actual Traveller content, the skill creation method isn't an issue.
If Mongoose does produce a VTT policy I'll certainly adhere to it

It might be worth asking over on the Mongoose Forums about it. Better to get their blessing than find out the hard way.

I have de listed this item, as I'll have to create a paid PDF version (which is a bit of hassle and time consuming) then I can give the FG version away free to purchasers. Kinda roundabout way of doing things, but if thats what it needs, it needs, however as its on Drive thru I can include Traveller specific races and other related items, if I do another one or something similar. I'd like to do a Patron Module or two at some stage.

This gets complicated. I'd suggest contacting Pharoid or The Mad Hermit and see their experiences.

Note you have to be careful how you publish on DriveThru. One way makes DriveThru the only place you can publish that product, but your get a larger cut, or you reduce the cut and can publish on other platforms. Then there is TAS which limits you to DriveThru only for paid products. The DriveThru Monetization is why there isn't a lot of content for Cepheus on Fantasy Grounds.

And it seems an FG conversion is considered the same product as the PDF by DriveThru/OneBookshelf.
