Facing Arrow Overlaps Elevation Number

I think this started with 4.7...

When a facing indicator is facing down and the token has a non-zero elevation, the arrow overlaps the elevation number, making it difficult to read (e.g. 10 and 40 can be difficult to distinguish).

Thanks for reporting. I've committed a fix for the sorting order and it should be available in the next release update.
