Magic Weapons not adding bonuses

Just as the Title.

I drug and dropped a +1 Sword into inventory. Equipped. When I attack it doesn't add the +1 to attack or damage

I have no problem just using the Modifier box at the bottom left. Just figured I'd ask if there was a way

I just added a +1 sword out of ref tome and it is working fine. Are you using weapon proficiency option? Where is the weapon record from? What is your strength?

It was Weapon Proficiency. I need to just play in person again lol. Automation is killing me. Its not even difficult! Just me

You had to turn that on too! I am pretty sure it is off by default.
