I really don't know what to say other than two weeks ago I (as the DM) was able to launch a cloud based session of a campaign that I had created. Over the previous two weeks I hardly used my PC and I certainly did not even launch the FGU program a single time or go into the folder for whatever reason. Just today, I launched FGU for the first time since the previous successful session, updated FGU to the newest version, and now the campaign doesn't appear in the Select Campaign window. Furthermore, when I browse the source folders in the Smiteworks>Fantasy Grounds directory I see no appearance of the campaign in question whatsoever. The only campaigns that appear are campaigns we finished in the past/other campaigns I hosted. :(

My PC's tell me that when they launched and updated FGU the campaign still appears in their History windows when they click the Join Campaign button in the launcher. It seems to only be a problem on my end as the DM, and with no campaign assets seemingly found on my pc I can't launch the session. How could they have been deleted and is there any suggestion for what I should try?

Were you running in the test channel and now running in live?

If you haven't changed the live/test channel: after going to the Load Campaign screen, click the 4 bar icon in the top left of the FG window to show the FG console - look for any errors or warning.

I was not running in the test channel. The campaign itself was originally created on a different pc using the "Create Campaign" button on the launcher. After one session, I copied the file found in that pc's campaign folder into the campaign folder on the current pc I am on. Since that was done, I successfully hosted two consecutive sessions launching each from the pc I am on currently with no issues until this week.

Also, the error log appears clear.

Please provide a screenshot of the campaign directory for this specific campaign - enable details (so we can see size and date last modified).

A screenshot of the directory of the specific campaign - i.e. within that directory. If you can't see it in that list, then that's your issue - the directory has been deleted.

Yes, I understand. The campaign is not in the directory. That is the problem :/ Idk how it could have been deleted, but it did. Oh well

Also, if possible could you please delete my previous comment with the image I posted. It has some identifying info I didn't realize was present and it doesn't allow me to delete it. Thanks.

Do you have any live backup or cloud sync software running on your FG data folders - e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, One Drive, etc.? If so, this may explain why the directory is not there.

I've deleted it. For future reference, whereas you can't delete a post, you can delete everything in the post - in this case you could have just deleted the attachment.

Thanks for trying. I guess we will have to remake the campaign and I'll start backing up the campaign folder after each session

I don't have any live backup or cloud sync service.

As a final check - look in <FG App Data>\channels - do you have anything in there?

Sorry but I am not 100% sure I understand for what I am looking for or how to get there. Are you saying there should be a folder called "channels" within the C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\SmiteWorks\Fantasy Grounds directory? If so, I do not have that folder present.

That's the correct location - if it's not there, then that's fine; just a long shot.

You may want to read this thread about a backup script you can use. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?35578-How-to-back-up-AppData-folder-to-OneDrive-automatically&p=308736&viewfull=1#post308736

Remember the 3-2-1 rule. It also "could" be that Windows had a sneaky OneDrive update that may have caused this. Because god knows Microsoft loves trying to shove OneDrive on everyone.
