Encountered a possible error:

DM shared a parcel, then moved it to party sheet.
I tried to pull one (of 16) item off the parcel, but it gave me all of them and did not remove any from the parcel
worked correctly when I pulled the item from the part sheet.

Please provide the ruleset you are performing this in as it will help track down where the issue lies.

If the DM shared the parcel then each player will get a copy of the parcel and everything in the parcel becomes theirs (so if there was 16 of something in the parcel everyone now gets 16 of whatever that was). You also can't remove just one item from a stack out of a parcel like you can from the party sheet. So tell your DM not to share a parcel unless the parcel is, for example, only meant for one player in which case share it with only that player. If the DM wants to distribute the parcel then only add it to the party sheet.

Hold down the shift key when grabbing one item from a group of more than one item in the Party Sheet. That will get you one item at a time instead of all. The parcel is a place holder and not a container. Inventory is managed via the party sheet, which acts more like a container and a record keeper. A parcel is like a promissary note of loot and items.

It's the other way around. Dragging the link icon from the party sheet and dropping on the inventory will take one item from the party sheet and decrement the number left in the party sheet. If you want to take the whole stack then hold SHIFT whilst dragging. This works in reverse as well (that is dragging from the inventory and dropping into the party sheet)
