When I create an arrow pointer by clicking both right and left mouse boutons I can remove this arrow with the same move (right+left mouse click). If I use the new right mouse button menu--->pointers--->Draw Arrow, I can't erase this arrow with the right+left mouse button click, I must use the menu ---> Remove Pointers. It is the same if I create squares, circles, cones.
Is it intended?

This is working for me.

If I draw an arrow using right click > Pointers > Draw arrow I can delete it either by right click > Pointers > Remove this or by drawing a new one using drag + left and right mouse. If I draw it using drag + left and right mouse buttons I can draw a new one using the same method or by using the pointers menu.

It's always been the case that only one pointer can exist at a time for each client. So once you have drawn one then any method used to draw another one deletes the old one, or you can right click and select remove this or (in the DMs case) remove all.

Yes, but if I draw only one pointer and I want to erase it I can click on it with right+left.
If I use the right click menu I can't delete with right+left on it, I must use the menu.

Right click menu pointers are meant to stay until deleted by the right click menu.

Right + Left click pointers are meant to be like very fast quick pointers that are deleted when drawing another one using Right + Left click, or when just doing a Right + Left click to clear it.

Left+Right Click still works to delete the pointer if you do that over an existing pointer. At least it does for me. However it may depend on the ruleset you are using and possibly if you are using extensions.

Only if the pointer you created was made using the "Left+Right Click". If you right click and draw pointer, it does not. Correctly so, this is intended.

Indeed, I misread the OP's post as meaning he couldn't clear a Left+Right click with another Left+Right Click.
