Liven up the Start Page (Launcher)

Is it possible to make FGU's start page (Launcher) more lively?
Give the buttons a bit of substance and make them react to the passage of the cursor, for example by changing color.
We could also imagine that clicking on the “load campaign” button, for example, would depress it.
You can vote for this wish in the Feature Request (actually pending approval).

This type of feature release would do well co-released with a revised launcher that also allows for more selective FG updates.
