Image text layer font tooltips incorrect when selecting font

The tooltip on the font drop down menu for image text layers will show the wrong font names.

To recreate:

Create a new image
Go to the Text Tab
Hover over the Font drop down menu, no tooltip shown
Expand the drop down menu, no tooltip shown for any entry
Select Noto Sans, which collapses the drop down menu. Now, a tooltip is shown as expected.
Expand the drop down menu, hover over different fonts, each says "Noto Sans". Expected tooltip to show the name of the font hovering over.

For example, all of the Roboto Condensed fonts look like duplicates in the drop down menu without a working tooltip.
