Can't acces in game menus

Hey guys. I don't know what happened other than I updated FGU, and now suddenly none of the options on the right hand side are selectable. There's this small arrow that i can click on, and it looks like the options are supposed to be there but aren't. I also keep on getting an error. Images posted for reference.

Either something has blocked pieces of the program or one of your extensions is causing the issue. It's suggested to turn them all off and see if you can replicate. Also attempt a fresh campaign as well.

I see you are using many out of date EXTs, might want to use the updated versions of those exts and if still having the issue, turning off exts and see which one is causing the issue.

The error suggests that the CampaignRegistry file has become corrupted. You may have to create a new campaign (without extensions as mentioned above) and then close it down. Now copy the db.xml file from the corrupted campaign and paste it into the new campaign folder overwriting the original. Now start up the new campaign again.
