Missing Xanathar's guide when I use the drop down group list

I was leveling up one of the players in one of my campaigns a few days ago and a new subclass feature for this character did not pull in when she was leveled up.

I spent some time digging to attempt to drag and drop it manually and discovered that when I go to the 'Class' tab searched for clerics from Xanathar's Guide it is unavailable. So I went to the group list to single out Xanathar's and it is missing from the group list. However, when I go to the Subclass button on the Class page Xanathar's shows up there. I attempted to unload and reload the module with no luck, then I attempt to revert changes with no luck.

After going through all of my campaigns I realize that I'm having the same issue with all three current campaigns I'm running. This issue will be a problem for me as I have four characters through three campaigns that have subclasses from Xanathar's Guide. We are still using Legacy version.

Some of the modules only present Sub-classes and can be accessed through the subclass button under classes from the sidebar

You need to click on subclasses at the top of the class list to see the subclasses in Xanathar and only in the players module.

There may something else affecting the leveling up feature but but none of the other books are missing, so my assessment is that not seeing Xanather's in the classes is affecting the ability to properly level up my characters. I created and have gone through several level ups with it never being a problem until recently.

I don't know much about coding but it seems like the level up feature looks at classes because when I leveled up the characters none of the features page on the level up wizard was blank!

A character with a subclass from Xanather's Guide failed to pull in the characters new subclass feature when I leveled them up. The other characters with subclasses from The Player's Handbook and Tasha's leveled up and pulled in new subclass features properly. Once again I had to manually pull in the feature to update the character. So either the level up feature is broken or Xanathar's Guide not being available in the Classes page is causing the problem.

Can you post a copy of the character xml.

When was this character originally created? Do you see this happening in a new campaign without any extensions? Do you see this happening with a new character created from scratch and leveled up?
