Image/Layer Rotation Defaulting to 90 Increments

Drag-CTRL on the layer window works, but trying to type a value other than a 90 degree increment value in the Rotate box results in FG setting the value to a 90 degree increment and rotating the layer accordingly.

Open a map with a single layer
Activate Layer menu
Select layer
type 30 degrees into the Rotate window and hit enter.

Value changes to 90 and the image rotates 90 degrees.

This should be fixed in the 4.7.0 Live version that just went out.
