I have checked other books and I don't have these black table images. There are no console errors coming up and I am not sure why I need to click the little brown shield button to see the content. I wouldn't say they are broken links but there are blacked out images that you can barely read the image. Has anyone seen this before or is it an issue with these set of 2024 D&D books?

I suspect that you have more than one theme loaded and that they are interfering with one another. Or you have a non standard theme which needs updating.

If you are using only one of the official themes can you say which one?

MOD: moved from House of Healing Classic to 5E forum since this is not related to the classic FG application.

I tried unchecking legacy leather in the previous reply and the images show up fine. I tried re-checking Legacy leather, and disabling FG Modern Dark. as long as I don't have both enabled the images are displayed.

That's expected - you should only have one theme enabled at a time.

If only the software had that logic built in to let me know that I can't do this by default. Thank you for the help.

Well you can have more than 1 theme loaded, there is no issue with that. In many cases you would want to load more than 1 theme. You just don't want to mix themes, light and dark at the same time and one not doing everything.

The last theme loaded gets final say. In many themes you don't need to change something.

Just FYI, I load 3 themes when I play because they stack to do the things I need.

Purely "theme" extensions are usually not designed to work together. The standard recommendation is to only load one theme extension - there can be issues with enabling multiple theme extensions at the same time (like the issue in this thread). If you're loading multiple graphical theme extensions that aren't specifically designed to work together, you do so at your own risk. The strong recommendation is only to load one theme extension at a time.

Well I agree overall a theme could be limited in scope. If you are using a full theme, yes. You would likely to use 1 at a time. However, what if you wanted to simply just change some of the fonts? Or maybe take a current theme but brighten up some features with different colors, you are not looking to rewrite the whole theme but you are adding, or changing a limited amount. Still considered a theme but not a full fledged theme.

Many themes change fonts. However, not everyone wants to use those, or maybe they simply just want bigger fonts. Still would be a "theme"
