Forge Cloudflare Issue

Last year I released this tool to simplify releasing new builds to the Forge: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?80279-CI-Tool-to-Release-to-FG-Forge

Unfortunately a couple weeks ago it stopped working.
After logging in, the Forge opens a Cloudflare page which means the tool can't upload the build (as, y'know, it is a robot).
It also seems like GitHub URLs may have been blocked as running the tool from there encountered an infinite redirect error.
Are automated upload tools not allowed? Do we need to get approval to connect to the Forge this way?

Send me an email with as much info as you can pull together so we can identify that traffic and add an exception to it.

We blocked all unknown bots to improve site performance.

I also connect directly from my machine (using bmos's forge updater tool) instead of through github, if that is helpful.
