I'm not sure of the terminology I would use to do this, but essentially what I want to do is create a baseline way of adding all of my homebrew things to each new campaign I create. This would mean my custom races, languages, feats, and items.

If someone could point me to a thread detailing this I would appreciate it. I would love to be able to simply "load" my things the same way I load books. Is this possible with FGU? I run 5e (2014) if that's relevant. I apologize if this is a common question, but I could not find exactly the words I need.

Put all of your custom data in a campaign - use this campaign just for creating and managing your custom data. Export the data to a module that you can then load in other campaigns. Details on exporting campaign data into a module can be found in the FG Wiki here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640899/Using+the+Library+and+Activating+Modules#Module-Export

You can also make a campaign labeled default or something, and then just copy that entire campaign folder and rename it for each new game.

Using the module method Trenloe mentions, you can update and re-export the module as you need it. You may also want to consider creating two campaigns and two modules, one for the players and one for the GM here. See the link in my signature for some more recomendations.

Also remember to save the campaign you make the module in, because you can't edit the module without the campaign and reexport it in a new campaign. So it's very important to keep the module creation campaign.
