Aliens RPG Not Showing Up in List of Owned Modules

I purchased the Alien RPG several years ago, and I can create a campaign with the ruleset. However, none of my owned modules show up in my modules list.

Are they showing up in your order history? https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.php
If not;
Did you purchase them under the same user name as you are using now?
Did you purchase them via Steam and have you Synched your Steam account?
Else, you will need to reach out to Tech Support. https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

If yes;
Did you Update FG?
Do you only have one Alien RPG ruleset to chose from?
Next try to delete the files from your cache and re-update. You can find the file name on the product page, it will be something like "IPFGALIENRPGFLFALE002" You can find this on the product page for each product you own.
Finally, Compile Logs and attach here along with screen shots of your Module Activation Window.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, the purchases were under my username and bought through the site, not Steam. Deleting the cache and re-updating didn't seem to work.

I will go ahead and open a ticket with Technical Support.
