How to backup a campaign...on a mac.

Hi

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I was hoping to get some help with how to backup my 5e FGU campaign...

I have all my tokens and images put into this specific campaign. ( will the back up also carry over my edited adventure notes ? )

Any advise is much appreciated.

All the FG campaigns or FG images/token folders are just subfolders of files located in the FG data folder on your Mac.
