*Exact start time is flexible and will be considered by the group once established. Sessions will always be @3 hours.
I run this campaign as a very large, choose-your-own-adventure while solving the mystery of the Rime (and more). It's extremely non-linear and VERY story driven. Icewind Dale is a hazardous environment. There is magic everywhere although most of it unseen. Nothing works as it should. The people are more concerned with surviving another day than how much gold you have in your hand. There are dangers everywhere and in various forms. Regardless, not everything is a battle to the death. Players will be faced with challenges where a fight ISN'T the best option. Common sense and problem solving will be a character's strongest skills. Not that an axe to the face doesn't solve the occasional problem effectively...
I am looking for imaginative, responsible players who can use their brains. People who like to get lost in the campaign. Role-playing is encouraged but playing your role is mandatory. So is a commitment to availability. As the GM I am only here to provide the environment and roll the opposing dice. Where the party goes is up to them. The rules are flexible as well as player-character design*.
For more information, please contact me through Discord. My handle is "logicalsky" ( I don't check the FG Boards very often ).

FG License: Ultimate
Game System: 5E with Legacy ruleset.
Time Zone: I'm MST U.S.
Day of week and time: Tuesday evenings TBD between 4pm and 11pm EST (I'm flexible with start time so it's up to the group. 3 hour sessions)
Start date: Will start once 4 players have committed.
Planned Duration & Frequency: Weekly session @3 hours in duration.
Term: Long term campaign. (I've run this several times. It can be a very long campaign. PC's are usually @lvl 14 at the very end.)
Main Language used: English
Text or Voice: Discord with voice chat (a mic) is required.
Will this be recorded and/or live streamed? This has the possibility of being live streamed on Discord and/or Twitch.
Roleplay & Combat mix: 50/50
Number of Players: Minimum of 4 players. (10 PCs max. Players can run 2 PC's if they know what they're doing and it isn't already crowded.)
Character starting level & equipment: Start at level 1 with basic items. (Modified point buy. 32 points with a 17 base stat max at level 1. I use Chicken-Dinner.com)
Character restrictions: *If you plan to run a Warforged or Artificer, you will have to convince me you know how to play them and how they will fit in this environment. Too many times I get (less-experienced) players thinking these aspects will work well in Icewind Dale and how I am running it.
Details of your scenario: This will be an Official Published Book Campaign.
