Can i remove the free rules module?

my players keep loading it and making characters on it, just to then have to delete it and remake.
the free rules is for 2024 and we are playing in the 2014 yet...

In your campaign, you can choose to block any module from being used.
Go to Library->Modules->Activation; and drag the red check mark on the bar on the bottom to the module entry you want to block.

If you use the free "Power Up" Forge extension ( https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/726/view ) you can set some policies like blocking players from loading any module you haven't enabled, and having players automatically load the player modules that you do enable.
