Player with Demo version cannot connect anymore

I have Ultimate.

My player reinstalled Demo.

Now what happens is when he tries to click anything the software closes everything instead. Any button.

Any help? Seems strange as other players can join.

P.s. my player with issues is an expert of hardware and a software programmer, not a noob.

Any indication? Which info can I supply you so somebody can help?

In the meantime he will try FGU on linux

Have the player reach out to support.fantasygrounds.com and customer support can help look into his account. It's a demo, so he won't need a license or anything.

Sometimes experts are actually the hardest customers to diagnose problems like this with because they have a bunch of other stuff installed and configured on their end that is unique to their system or network.
