Is there any way to add a secret effect to a PC like ATK -1 or AC -1, or really anything else the ruleset would calculate but the PC would not simply see it on the combat tracker? The PCs in my game have upset a god and he has cursed them. I want the curse to affect them, but not be readily seen.

Just mark the effect as GM visible only using the toggle in the combat tracker.
They’ll see the results of the effect no matter what, since the roll/comaprison is automated.

Here's a visual of what Moon Wizard is talking about. Make sure to click the eye icon before placing the effect on the players whilst they are on the CT. Players will not then know that they have an effect on them.

Ahh - I was just using normal effects from NPCs and such. Thank you. As for them noticing the roll results - that means they have to pay attention :) They may release their attacks aren't hitting as much as they should, but will not know why :D

You can preset effects from NPC records to be GM only:
if it's an effect from an ability, use the [GM] tag: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/2042789889/PFRPG2+-+NPC+Ability+Automation#Effect
if the effect is being applied from a spell or an activity, edit the Spell/Ability effect and set "GM Only?".
