Combat tracker - cannot see anymore text while going over managing initiative

Rest, delete effect, delete from tracker and close window give this same text on going over the icons.

While going over the main icon for initiative and the 4 subicons no text so is difficult to remember which is which.
Please fix

Sorry, I'm unclear as to what the issue is. Firstly can you say what ruleset you are using and can you also provide a screenshot of what the issue is.

Also make sure you are testing in a new campaign with no extensions. Also, attaching logs is always helpful.
