When creating a new test feat I notice a tag called "flavor". The feats in the 3.5 basic rules don't seem to use this tag. What kind of information is this tag supposed to hold?

I've seen it used for Italicized Text that you often see for the little meta-descriptions PF has for feats, like "To the surprise of others, that strange growth on you is actually your spellcasting companion." from : Aberrant Tumor (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/aberrant-tumor/)

Also, when I use the /debug on while in PFRPG I see it used here for the ruleset: 63669

EDIT: I just realized you were probably talking about 3.5 exclusively, apologies. In that case I'm really not sure

@srbongo has the gist of it - the flavor text is some descriptive text before the game mechanics sections. For example, in the 3.5E PHB a number of feats have this text, Acrobatics: "You have an excellent body awareness and coordination.", Agile: "You are particularly flexible and poised." This flavor text was not included in the SRD feat data.
