How may I get a player off the game, and block they ?

Create a password, or change an existing password for the campaign and only tell the players you want to keep.

You can kick a player who has joined a game (right mouse over the PC portrait). But if they know the password etc, they can rejoin.

It would be nice if we could make a White List of user IDs that are allowed to connect. That's probably a lot of work for the ROI though.

One can change the password mid game, and then boot the offending user connection.
