Yes, but in "Actions" tab. Like they did with the weapons that now you can equip or unequip in the action tab in "preparation" mode.

Natively shields don't get added to the weapons section, so you would have to do so manually from the inventory tab. It would be a great suggestion that I will write down.

It would be amazing to have the shield with the weapons or above, like in PF2 with "shield raise". The shield is an action to equip/unequip, and some martials can play by changing fighting styles depending on the encounter, like unequipping the shield and using two weapons or a two-handed one. The shield in the inventory feels like just a +2 to AC and never changes or, at least, is not that convenient or comfortable to do it. I think the shield in the weapons section could incentivize players to play more with it. The new updates added the "equip and unequip" function to weapons in "preparation mode," which is amazing (I love the new recent changes).

Another thing that would be nice is the possibility to change to off-hand/two-hands/throw, etc., without unlocking the sheet.

Equip and unequipping weapons in inventory and in preparation mode has been a feature of FGVTT for several years.

For the shield I use an effect AC: -2 which can be applied when the character unequips their shield.

I just want to be able to drag the equip/unequip button from the inventory tab down into the hotbar.
