Shards of the Glass Planet Incomplete encounter

I was jut prepping the module Shards of the Glass Planet, and most of the information for the hazard for Event 3: Collapsing Energy Shield is missing. It gives the activation and routine, but no stats or info for how to disable it.

Hello, the hazard is set to NPC, you can swap it back. I will put in a fix for it.
