Game System: 5e legacy for the most part, i'm willing to be flexible with 2024 rules but don't own them on FGU
Time Zone: EST
Day of week and time: Sunday afternoon, 2pm to 5-6pm
If new game, planned start date: likely Mid-March, March 16 or 23 depending
Planned Duration & Frequency: Every other sunday for at least a few months
Term: campaign / long term
Text or Voice: Both will be used

Will this be recorded and/or live streamed? NO
Roleplay & Combat mix: 50 / 50 though our group likes grid combat we are also into character depth, banter, joking around, and mature content (violence mostly, but occasionally drug use and foul language come into play).
Number of Players in game & needed: Myself and 2 other players are ready to get going. Looking for 2 more!
Character starting level & equipment: 1st level, standard equipment, roll for stats or fall back on 32 point point-buy, 1st lv bonus feat as background feature
Character restrictions: maybe, depending what you want to do. I'm pretty open to most character concepts but if you're playing "a build" rather than a fleshed out character, be prepared to answer for any weirdness you come up with.
Details of your scenario: Looking for two players to join a fresh Descent Into Avernus campaign.
My ideal player:
-can make every session or give proper 24 hour notice if something comes up
-is fun and a fan of the other players characters
-plays to find out what happens, laughs at bad dice!
-acts according to their character's agenda and the circumstances of the narrative
-has at least a basic understanding of Fantasy Grounds (targeting, effects, add action, end turn) and the 5e ruleset (know spells you have prepared, action economy, the 6 second rule will be in effect)
-respects others regardless of their identity, rule for players interaction with other players. Your character acts how you want but use common sense and be mature.
-gets bonus points if player is also a GM!
I take responsibility for making your character's life not boring and not always worse.
Myself and the two other players are experienced with FGU and the 5e ruleset. We've been dungeon crawling since before VTT's but nowadays prefer the convenience that FGU offers. That being said, if you have suggestions for extensions or mods that make life easier or more interesting for the table you will likely be welcome to join our adventure! We enjoy many games other than D&D 2/3/5E such as Apocalypse World and its derivatives (Masks, Tremulus, etc.), SWADE (new to it), WoD (though it's been a long time), board games (tabletop simulator, eldritch horror, wingspan, root, carcassone, kingdom death, etc.), cards (unstable unicorns, the mind, CAH), and our play style reflects that. I don't play video games but the others raved about BG3 and Disco Elysium.
