Show Results to Players ON + Show GM Rolls OFF not working together after patch

Ruleset: 5e D&D 2024 ruleset
Extensions: None

[GAME OPTIONS]
Chat: Show GM rolls OFF
Chat: Show results to players ON

It used to be that players would see results with these settings (e.g. did an attack hit or miss), but after the latest patch it no longer works. I had to switch to Show GM rolls ON for them to see results, but I don't like sharing the math of the bonuses with them. Can somebody please take a look?

More info on this, I believe this is a bug and just adding more info.


The forced save from a non-hidden creature to the player is not showing the success/fail with the "show results to players" set to "on"
On the player side attacking a non-hidden creature, the attack hit/miss is correctly showing the roll of the player + the hit/miss with "show results to the players" set to "on"
However, the player forcing a save on a non-hidden creature, is correctly not showing the creatures roll (because GM rolls are set to "off"), but incorrectly not showing the forced save results save/fail of the creature with the "show results to players" set to "on"

Yeah getting the same issues on my end. I have Show DM Rolls set to OFF, then I have show results to ON and any roll the DM aka myself makes is just not showing at all. Hope that helps.

Just pushed a hot fix that should address both issues. Please run a new Check for Updates.
