Remove the Log Tab?

Does anyone know of a way to remove the log tab? There's enough activity on the GUI that I don't feel like I need a full tab on the character sheets for something that I have never used.

To be honest it fees like displaying it should be an opt-in option rather than on by default, as I expect the majority of 5e players do not actually participate in Adventures League activities.

You would need an extension. If you want to go that route I can take some time to look at what you might have to change or one of the community devs more familiar with the ruleset might be able to tell you more quickly.

That's kind, thank you. Sadly I don't have boutique-extension-money right now, but when that changes eliminating that tab will be on my list!

I don't think @LordEntrails was wanting payment for helping out.

Neither would I want payment for something like this. Try the attached. Copy to your <FG app data>\extensions directory and enable the "Feature: 5E Remove PC Log Tab" extension in a 5E campaign.

Thank you both very much - and I didn't think Mr. Entrails was looking for a payment - he was simply informing me that it would require someone to do some kind of work. I'm a big believer in compensating folks fairly for their time if I can, and if I can't then I have to wait until that changes :)

As a side note, if you use the PETS ext, it removes the log tab and puts it on the notes tab at the bottom. Also it's kept updated so you wouldn't have to worry about changes to the ext you were using.

Probably going to move it to the Notes tab as well in the next update. I tend to agree that it's not needed for most players, so it probably doesn't need a whole tab and that a pop-out window should work fine.
