The link you posted is to the full Savage Worlds Ruleset, whereas the product Thore mentions is a module. You need the Ruleset in order to use the Module mentioned above.

What ships with the Ruleset are the Revised edition of the Savage Worlds rules (which is all we had license to release at the time). We have since converted the Explorer's Edition of the rules to a format that can be used within the Ruleset.

Hope that helps!

To put this a little less technically, you need the Savage Worlds *ruleset* (where the link goes) to get the card dealing, aces (exploding dice), automatic wild dice rolling as well as the Savage World Character, Vehicle and NPC sheets that you need to easily run a Savage Worlds game with FG. The Savage World Ruleset also includes reference material, as additional library books, to the Revised Savage Worlds Rules.

The Savage Worlds Explorer Edition is a set of reference material inside of FG for the Explorer Edition of Savage Worlds, which is the latest version of the Savage Worlds rules. This information is packaged as additional library books. However these books are not stand alone and need the Savage Worlds Ruleset to function correctly.
