Players getting Error when opening Party Sheet. PF2e

My players have informed me that the last couple sessions they've been getting this error when they open the Party Sheet.

Thanks for providing the campaign data.

I can't recreate the issue using this either - are there any specific steps the players do when the error is caused?

Are you on the Test channel and not Prod?

Could be something to do with the Hero Point buttons that were added to the Party Sheet a couple weeks ago? It only affects players and not the GM.
