If you only bought the core program and DLC that is not in a bundle yes. The DLC purchases aren't tracked between the store, only the core license for the program.

Any products you purchase ultimately tie into your account on Fantasy Grounds. Steam allows for some convenience for folks and local pricing. If you are looking at bundle packages that have some included cost savings, just make sure you purchase them all through the same environment (either on the website here or via Steam). While the purchases will end up showing here, I believe, after Steam syncs up, they won't count towards a bundle purchased directly from this website.

Also, keep in mind that the D&D 2024 Core Rulebooks Bundle is for convenience sake, it does not offer any discount (as WotC didn't allow for any outside of on D&D Beyond).
