I was working on a road encounter in 5e and noticed that the image of the wagon was not correctly displayed in 3d view. After rotating and flipping the image, it appears properly in normal top-down view seen here:

However, on switching to 3d view, it doesn't appear to have had the correct transformations applied, or it hasn't been updated to display them correctly, as shown below:

I'll try to reproduce locally without a copy of your campaign. Which objects are 3D objects? Are the wagon and platform both 3D objects? What type of objects are they: facing, facing on all axes? or oriented?
Thanks.

To be clear, the cart isn't a 3d object at all, it's just a regular image, but the orientation gets incorrectly flipped when I'm in 3d view.
