CW issue when raising then lowering level for spellcasters (5e)

Steps to reproduce:
1. launch Character Wizard in a 5e campaign (haven't tested other rulesets)
2. create a new character
3. choose a spellcaster class (bard, cleric, etc)
4. in the first tab, raise the level to 3, then lower it back down to 1 again

FG and the CW do not support removing levels. Never have. Once it adds things by leveling up (CW or drag and drop), those abilities are there until manually adjusted.

This is before committing changes, not going back and levelling down. Either way, it shouldn't throw an error console. If it can't safely handle correcting an error then it should at least just grey out the down level button.
