WotC communicated that the 2024 Monster Manual creatures no longer have spell slots, and will instead use "At-will", "1/day", "3/day" similar to how Innate Spellcasting is done with the 2014 creatures. Tracking innate spell uses per day has long been a desired feature on the FGU NPC sheet, but built-in support for tracking those spells has never been added. Will the NPC sheet finally be updated to allow for the tracking of the new spellcasting features in the 2024 ruleset? (Please say "yes." :))

No, there's no tracking feature for spells in the 2024 MM.

Monsters don't ever last long enough to fully utilise their spellcasting potential so it shouldn't really be much of an issue. :)

Clearly, you and I play D&D very differently. ;) For example, there is a slaad invisibly tracking my party and has been present in the CT for two sessions now.

I'll check to see if there is a feature request for this. If there is, I likely voted for it years ago.

With the current limitations, I add a GM-only effect to track innate spell use. For example, a planatar has "3/day each: blade barrier, dispel evil and good, flame strike, raise dead." I add an effect that says "USED: Blade Barrier x1" or something similar. It works, but it does slow things down.

With all 2024 spellcasting monsters no longer using spell slots, I can see tracking x/day spells becoming a much bigger need. IMHO, FGU should support common features like this natively.

Did you vote on the idea on the Feature Request list? If not, that's where the devs continue to ask us to put and vote on such ideas. Threads are great for discussion, but horrible for tracking feature requests.

Couldn't find an existing request, so I added one. Feel free to vote for it once it's out of pending status! (Title: Update to 2024 stat blocks for spellcasting)

FYI, I wasn't expecting to have to create a request. I was hopeful that the Devs would have already considered this since it's such a substantial change for the 2024 creatures.
